"It Only Takes a Penny" Appeal 2008

Last year TTAP ran the “It Only Takes a Penny” Appeal and raised £776.61 for charity. They are doing the same again this year in aid of the Take That Trust.

It’s a really easy way to raise money throughout the year, all you have to do is save your spare small change in a jar leading up to International Thatters' Week (25th – 31st October 2008).

On 31st October you can either take your jar (or jars) along to your nearest ASDA or other supermarket that has the Coin Counter Machine (or you can also just count up your money and take it to a bank if you prefer).

You then exchange your pennies for pounds and send in as your contribution for International Thatters’ Week. The person who raises the most for the “It Only Takes a Penny” Appeal 2008 will win a special prize.
